We are not liable for payment processing errors caused by third-party payment processors. Any disputes regarding payments must be addressed directly with the processor.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Realty and Consulting Group, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other lawful reasons. Upon termination:

  • Your right to access or use the Services will immediately cease.

  • Any provisions of these Terms intended to survive termination will remain in effect, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions.
